     After 50 years' growth, the Suzhou Electrical Apparatus Science Research Institute (EETI) has become China's only independent third-party electrical testing agency south of the Yangtze River that is able to offer high and low-voltage electrical testing services at the same time.   • The EETI will build its talent strategy through the following four aspects: 1. Comprehensive training, salaries, performance and incentive mechanisms in order to attract and cultivate talents to provide power for the development of the EETI.
  • High-quality, high-level professional talents are the key to the survival and development of testing agencies and the sources for the sustainable development of the EETI. The EETI has always attached great importance to the reserves of professional, technical personnel by taking various measures to form rapid growth channels and healthy competition mechanisms for talents within the company. 1. To improve the employees' abilities and guide them to improve their career planning.
    2. Commitment to the training of employees.
  • To positively promote the training of middle and senior personnel with professional structure and knowledge structure, especially of young people.
  • In order to help employees to adapt to future changes and development needs, the EETI will cooperate with China's first-class universities on training high-tech talents to build a platform for professional, technical personnel to participate in academic exchanges. 1. To help employees create improved career development plans
  • The EETI will give all employees including the senior leadership space for occupation development, and guide and motivate them to develop themselves and pursue excellence. 1. Improved employment mechanisms enable all EETIers to make the best of their advantages
  • The EETI will do the following work with the purpose to cultivate talents, retain them and govern their appointments by qualifications: 1.  To improve rules and regulations, comply strictly with them and make the best of talents.
    2. To fully implement the HR policy of motivating talents with right salaries and attracting them with a platform for development and form rapid growth channels and healthy competition mechanisms for talents of the EETI.
    3. To create a stage for employees to display their talents and achieve their self-worth, so that they can continuously improve themselves and fulfill their individual freedom.
    4. To keep employees attracted by work and stimulate their interests by means of work shifts, job transfers and internal employment of the management.
    5.To provide comprehensive training to employees, to enhance their sense of security and competence and stimulate their potentials;
    6. To build a corporate culture of respect for talents, respect for knowledge, respect for technology and emphasis on communications, advocate the "people-oriented" office design concept, and create a comfortable working environment that can help talents make the best of their abilities and intelligence.
    7. To establish innovation incentive mechanisms to stimulate their enthusiasm for innovation and create a new atmosphere for innovation.
  • Given innovation as a breakthrough for enterprise development, it is necessary to establish innovation mechanisms and technological innovation mechanisms to provide the company with a driving force for long-term growth.
  • In order to fully explore and inspire the enthusiasm for innovation and creativity, the EETI has established systematical technology incentive mechanisms, and developed regulations for incentives to technological innovation and measures on incentives to patented invention to provide incentives to technical personnel for their technological inventions and innovation so as to create a new environment of sustainable development and atmosphere for research.
